For management companies

Every community you manage, on one screen.

The Portfolio Console shows your team what needs attention across every community you run, then takes them into any one of them, working under their own name.

The demo console needs no signup.

The Portfolio Console

See the whole portfolio. Act in one click.

Your team signs in once, with an emailed link, and sees only the communities they are assigned.

One portfolio

Every community you run, ranked by what needs attention: open requests, deadlines, lapsing vendor insurance, past-due dues and the board’s last activity.

Figures that open the work

Click a count and you land in that community on the page that lists it, not on its home screen.

My day

Deadlines due soon or overdue, then the oldest open requests, across the communities assigned to you. Each one opens at its record.

Team and assignments

Invite managers and assistants, and assign each one their communities as Community Admin or System Admin. Only the owner changes the team.

Enter as yourself

One click into any assigned community, as a named person from your company, with no second password to keep.

Company activity

Your company’s own feed of sign-ins, community entries, and team and settings changes, newest first.

Built for the board’s trust

Your team works inside the community, in the open.

A board hands you the keys, so the console makes it easy for the board to see who from your company came in, and when.

  • Assignment is the access. A manager opens only the communities they are assigned, and removing an assignment revokes it at once.
  • Every visit is on the record. Entering a community writes to its audit trail, under the person’s name and your company’s.
  • Your team is not the neighbors. Company staff stay out of member lists and counts, never vote, and appear to the board under Outside access.
  • Counts, not residents. The portfolio shows each community’s figures only. Resident details stay inside the community.
For every community you run

The portal residents actually open.

Each community gets the full neighbors.fyi portal for its residents and board: chat, events, requests, dues and payments, documents, meetings and votes. A request a resident files there reaches your team with its status and history, instead of as one more email.

Walk through the demo console.

A seven-step tour runs the console as Harbor Lane Management, a made-up company with five sample communities and one live demo community you can enter as its manager. Nothing you do there saves.
